About Plan Origins

For over 27 years Bonnie Raymond has been involved with residential and small commercial design and building.   Before opening Plan Origins Design & Consulting, LLC this year, she has worked for and with, almost every player involved inhome building and small commercial.   Her well-rounded background includes architecture, structural and mechanical engineering, all phases of construction, estimating, client interactions and site development.  After earning her degree in Architecture at NYIT, Bonnie has honed her architectural design skills and has continually been involved in all aspects of residential building.   The learning never stops as she has recently earned her LEED Green Associates professional designation after attending LEED workshops and classes offered by GBCI and USGBC.   LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) has opened many doors and provided a plethora of information for green building and environmental stewardship which has become integral to her career.
